Juan Francisco Fariña Pérez is an oenologist whose objective is the elaboration of wines in an artisanal way, a family tradition that he carries out in the Güímar Valley (Tenerife) since 1999, when he began bottling his own references.
This winery is very clear about the importance of the cultivation and maintenance of the vines to obtain a quality product. The vineyards are located in the heights of the municipality of Arafo, with an altitude above sea level between 750 and 800 meters.
