Development and Aging
The modern facilities of the winery are equipped with the necessary to achieve the ultimate goal of the highest quality machinery. It has a park of 600 barrels, mostly French oak.
Its production is just over 150,000 bottles per year, an amount that can maintain quality standards available to very few wineries in the O.D. Bull.
For the preparation of all wines of the winery CYAN, sorting table is used, which allows the grapes entering deposits, is of the highest quality.
Ageing: 12 to 14 months in barrel and 20 months in bottle.
Las Vinas
The La Calera, has 100 hectares of vineyards, olive groves and pine forest, which gives some very special characteristics for the production of quality wines.
Cyan winery has an area of vineyards of 53 hectares, located along the axis of Valdefinjas valley from the El Palo, Toro, and to the area of the Jara.
These soils are poor in organic matter, sandy with some alubión rubble and clay surface in depth, which favors the retention of water in times of drought.
The soils surrounding the winery are marked limy, providing hints of minerality and finesse.
The grape
The Tinta de Toro and the traditional production method, variety make these wines to make long guards.

Bodegas Cyan

Only 12 km from the town of Toro Zamora, the landscape takes the characteristic rhythm of the undulating forms of these lands with steep slopes with light and gentle hills. The winery is located on the road between Toro with Venialbo, shortly after the municipality of Valdefinjas. It consists of three ships, one of them half-buried, where lie the barrels, and the other two crowning a hill, from which a breathtaking view of the region and its vineyards currency.
