Development and aging
It is made with grapes Godello Harvested well healthy and ripe in mid-September. Table selection manually. Destemmed and softly squeezed, immediately refrigerated at 10ºC and pre-fermentative maceration for 4 to 6 hours to enhance its aromatic profile. Fermentation in stainless steel at a controlled temperature between 16º to 18º C. Conservation of the wine on its lees for 2 months at low temperature to preserve the varietal aromas, followed by a respectful stabilization and bottling process.

Payment of the Chaplains in 2014 he founded his new winery Or Luar do Sil in Seadur (Valdeorras) . With this winery, the Rodero Villa family fulfilled their dream of making a white wine with their 100% philosophy, a special, complex and intense wine with long aging.
