Sale to the advanced or primeur thanks to which you can buy the wine approximately one year before it leaves the cellar, thus obtaining a much lower price than it will have once it is on the market. Expected date of release to the market: November - December 2025

TASTING NOTES
- Nose: Aromas of ripe black fruits accompanied by toasted notes.
- Palate: Fruity and well-balanced. Deep, elegant and full-bodied.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Albillo and Tinto Fino.
67 days of maceration.
pumping over every 10 minutes during alcoholic fermentation to 1035, and 5 minutes to finish.
Aged in 2 burgundy French oak barrels.
CURIOSITIES
Fields with pre-phylloxera vines were discovered by Bertrand Sourdais when he arrived in 1999 in the Lands of Soria.
The climate creates a special microcosm and blends with the characteristics of a clayey, porous soil, with calcareous mixtures and sands of the Douro, the essence of which Bertrand Sourdais knows deeply, thanks to the experience accumulated during his numerous harvests.
