Dominio de Pingus is a small winery located 30km from the town of Roa, in the D.O. Ribera del Duero.

In this winery the precious wines of Peter Sisseck are elaborated. Thanks to its traditional and low production, Dominio de Pingus can take care of the quality of the final product.

The secret of these wines lies in the old Tinto Fino vines cultivated in a small plot of 5 hectares and in a very controlled selection of the grapes, both in the vineyards and in the winery.

The grapes are destemmed by hand, removing the ripest grapes from each cluster. They are macerated and fermented for 20 days, and then placed in barrels for malolactic fermentation and 18 months of aging in new French oak barrels.
