TASTING NOTE
View: Cherry red With a garnet rim, a high layer and thick, abundant tears.
Nose: Predominance of aromas of red fruit mature accompanied by touches vegetables and minerals .
Mouth: Stroke powerful but cool at the same time marked by a very good balance between acidity and fruitiness . Good structure, with marked but pleasant tannins. aftertaste of vegetables and herbaceous .
ELABORATION
Made with grapes 100% Tempranillo , the grapes come from vineyards planted more than 45 years ago (the oldest in the winery), cultivated in glass and in real framework. The soil is clayey with a high limestone content. The harvest is done by hand and in 200kg boxes. The grapes are vatted by gravity in the tanks, where they ferment at a controlled temperature (ranging between 18 and 24ºC), undergoing continuous and short pump-overs. The post-fermentative maceration lasts more than 15 days and the Immediate aging is done in French and American oak barrels for 16 months. , remaining in the bottle for at least another 24 months.

Bodegas Martínez Paiva is a family business with a tradition of more than five generations in the cultivation of the vine and the production of quality wines in Extremadura.
