After the harvest of the grape, variety Godello, the pre-fermentation maceration takes place. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks, 10 hours at 10ºC. Controlled fermentation at 18º C for 15-20 days.
- Color: Straw yellow.
- Nose: Fruit aromas, apple
- Palate: Balanced on the palate, silky, full and fresh to the stroke. Perfect balance between acidity-alcohol and a long mineral sensation.
