Color: Red cherry with ruby trim.
Nose: Of a good aromatic intensity, complex, full of nuances. With adequate fruit expression (ripe red fruit, blackberries, ...), with balsamic and spicy notes for your stay in hardwoods.
Mouth: Tasty, fleshy, good tannins, with mature tannins, well structured, broad and warm.

Elaboration and aging:
Made with the Mencia variety, the pre-fermentation maceration is 4 days at 0ºC, fermentation-maceration for 10-12 days.
