TASTING NOTES
Aromas of ripe peach, nuts, nougat and roasted on a mineral background. Fresh and fleshy, with an agile and lively gait.
ELABORATION
100% Chardonnay variety.
Fermentation in new French oak barrels.
Aged for 19 months on lees.
After ageing, it rests in a small tank for another 2 years.
