TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Cherry red color.
Nose: Aromas of ripe red fruits, plums and spices on a background of toasted notes.
Palate: Concentrated and balanced with elegant and ripe tannins. Wide finish with delicate spicy notes.

100% Tempranillo variety from a unique vineyard of 10 hectares, La Llana, located in Labastida.
Integrated and environmentally friendly viticulture.
Traditional method of destemmed grapes.
Pre-fermentative and post-fermentative maceration for 13 days with its skins.
Yeasts selected from the winery's vineyards.
Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels.

The history of the family has been written since 1870 as a project of five generations of winegrowers rooted in the Sonsierra of La Rioja and dedicated for decades to discover the character and identity of privileged vineyards to transmit them in unique wines, those that are only born in the most exceptional terroirs.
