TASTING NOTES

Appearance: Intense cherry colour.
Nose: Expressive with aromas of black fruit accompanied by subtle wood and elegant balsamic touches.
Palate: Smooth and sweet, framed by fruity notes and oak nuances. A long and captivating finish.

ELABORATION

Variety: 100% Tempranillo.
Alcoholic fermentation for 26 days in stainless steel at a controlled temperature.
Malolactic fermentation for 30 days in French oak barrels, where it will also be aged.
