CURIOSITIES
Founded in the early 1990s by the Arzuaga Navarro family, the wineries that bear their name are an example of dedication and passion for the land and wine.
Florentino Arzuaga Navarro, near a silent Duero, bought a farm that, due to its size, has its own horizon. Then came the vines, the winery and then the wine; a red the way he liked it: skeleton but elegant, resounding and complex at the same time.
Florentino Arzuaga carries in his spirit the tenacity of the entrepreneur but with a sensitivity for aesthetics and perfection.
The Arzuaga Navarro winery stands near the Duero. A song to stone, solid and rustic with a monastic evocation due to its arcades, towers on the sides and, in the center, the bell tower crowned by the wind vane. The stone outside and the warm elm wood inside welcome the visitor and prepare their spirits to taste some special wines.
Quality is the most pampered and cared aspect in Arzuaga Navarro. The excellent quality of its grapes, an inexcusable prerequisite for good wine, the care with which the vineyards are cared for and the passion at work have made its wines one of the most prestigious in the Ribera del Duero Denomination of Origin. .
