Elaborate either with a 90% Tinto Fino, 5% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Sauvignon from vineyards planted at between 860 and 930 meters of altitude within the municipality of Castrillo de Duero (Valladolid), near the border with the province of Burgos. Aged for 3 months in concrete tanks, followed by 16 more months in French oak barrels.

Wine from Ribera del Duero that year after year changes the blend depending on the quality of the grapes from the property's estates, with the country's red or Tempranillo variety predominating. This variety comes from vineyards with very different ages, from 6 to more than 100 years old. Vinification is carried out in thermoregulated concrete tanks, with cold maceration for 2 or 3 days, with spontaneous fermentation and maceration of 15 days approximately.
