Tasting note

From color garnet intense and almost opaque as ink.
In nose It is complex and attractive, with floral aromas and red fruits, well assembled with French oak wood that brings fresh notes of eucalyptus and later roasted and caramel.
In mouth It is soft and friendly, it caresses the palate when passing like a thick velvet, giving way to a very aromatic long and lasting wine.

Elaboration and aging
Made with grapes 88% Tinto fino, 7% Cabernet Sauvignon, 4% Merlot, 1% Malbec, and aging for 12 months in new French oak barrels, malolactic fermentation in oak barrels and in tanks. Clarified with natural egg white.

It is ideal and a perfect companion for game and feather meats, cheeses, stews and grilled meats.
