CURIOSITIES

In Milsetentayseis, the origin and plot from which all the raw material comes from plays a leading role. Each type of soil provides certain peculiarities and that grape is vinified based on obtaining the best of it based on these characteristics. For this, the winery has different formats for vinification: from small 600-liter microvinifiers, to small wooden vats, concrete and stainless steel tanks, icosahedrons (diamond) and even clay amphoras.

The Fuentenebro vineyard rises above 1,000 meters with a setting of unique quartz, feldspar and mica soils.

The small plots of old vines that have transcended the years reveal a past of extraordinary varietal richness that is sought to be rescued and made visible. The recovery and identification project has managed to count up to twenty-six varieties only in the first selection and in just six plots.
