Elaboration and Aging

It is made from grapes Tempranillo from Vineyards From 25 to 104 years, located between 760 and 970 meters of altitude. Grape clusters were selected by hand and the resulting wine was aged 15 months in French oak barrels (75%) And American oak (25%).
