The Arzuaga family created the Rosae by capturing the prisms of flavor that a grape like Tempranillo can have, in this case, all the production of the same winery. In this realization they achieve a fresh and very aromatic wine, partly thanks to the type of harvest, very early, one of the secrets of its freshness.
Tasting Note:
Clean and brilliant. Pale pink color and coppery meniscus. In nose high aromatic intensity; where notes of red fruits stand out, predominating cherries and strawberries. Tropical touches and floral notes.
In mouth wide, fresh and friendly entrance. Tasty sensation that lasts in the mouth until retronasal where they denote the cherry compote.
Curiosity:
The first red Tempranillo grapes harvested in the 2014 Harvest by Bodegas Arzuaga Navarro were used to make this wine.
