Tasting Note:
Elaborated basically with Tempranillo grapes and some other varieties such as albillo, grenache or bobal, all cultivated under ecological principles. The clusters of grapes without destemming of vines between 35 and 60 years old are stepped on with their feet, undergo a long maceration and ferment all together, respecting the ancestral traditions. Afterwards, they carry out the malolactic fermentation and the subsequent aging of 19 months in oak barrels.
