Tasting Notes:

• Color Very dark cherry, with abundant violaceous tones. Very layered, clean and shiny.
• In nose Is very intense and complex, where they emphasize potent aromas of very ripe black fruits, such as blackberries, blackberries, cherries, and gooseberries, in excellent harmony with the tones of fresh-roasted timber, roasted with liquorice, coffee, vanilla and cocoa.
• In mouth It is tasty, intense, corpulent and elegant. It shows very broad, alive, with a generous step, by the balance between a mature ripe tannins that augur an excellent future, and fruit and spice sensations, with a powerful, voluminous and very long finish.

Elaboration and Aging

Made with grapes 100% Tempranillo , From various Payments (San Roman and Others), with vineyards planted at 850 meters of altitude. Harvesting takes place in October, and malolactic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks for 10 to 14 days at 26 ° C. The aging is 14 months in French and American oak barrels, and then rests for at least 12 Months in bottle.
