TASTING NOTES
The aromas of fruit and flowers combine perfectly with notes of spices, earth and forest plants. Notes of blood orange are shown on the palate. Fresh, balanced and persistent. The aftertaste is fine and elegant with hints of forest cherry.
ELABORATION
Variety 100% Red Grenache.
Fermentation in concrete tanks for 25 days.
Aged for 12 months in Austrian oak foudres.
