CATA'S NOTES
This white belongs to the “Classiques” section of Léon Beyer, where we find wines with the common characteristic of freshness, fruitiness (medium) and dryness, therefore avoiding the effect of residual sugar (complete fermentation). Pinot gris may have less nerve than Riesling, but its kindness results in balanced wines with a pronounced bouquet. The rest is made up of the vintage and terroir of the town of Eguisheim, where the Beyers have settled since 1580.
