TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Garnet color with ruby reflections.
- Nose: Aromas of red and black fruit followed by notes of tobacco, black pepper and flowers.
- Palate: Round, with pleasant tannins and no edges. A gentle freshness accompanies it until the end.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Carignan.
70% of the grapes come from the winery's vineyards and the other 30% from vineyards controlled by other winegrowers.
Fermentation with the grape's own yeasts and daily pumping over.
Aged 14 months in French and American oak barrels.
