Elaboration and breeding:
Elaborado with a Blend of Garnacha (85%), Tempranillo (10%) and Syrah (5%) from young vines between 15 and 25 years. These are found on clayey-chalky, stony and loamy soils. Goes through a maceration of 3 or 4 days. The complete maceration process extends until 10 or 12 days.
