WINEMAKING
Varieties: Grenache, Syrah, Mazuela.
Each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature (24-28ºC).
Total maceration of 15 days.
Aged 12 months in Bordeaux barrels of French (90%) and American (10%) oak.
CURIOSITIES
Cabriola is an excellent red wine made by Bodegas Borsao in the D.O. Campo de Borja.
Its grapes come from 20-60 year old mountain vineyards located at an altitude of 350-700 metres. Its soils are stony-conglomerate, pebbles, sandstones, limestone and clays.
