Botijo Blanco is a fresh, elegant and dry white wine. It is a wine that, in the words of the producers themselves, represents the beauty of simplicity. It is made with Garnacha Blanca and Macabeo, from vines over 35 years old, located in Épila, on deep limestone soils. This wine aims to reflect the lighter and fresher side of Garnacha Blanca.
TASTING NOTES:

Palate: In the mouth it is dry, light and refreshing. It has a lively and subtly creamy aftertaste that lingers on the palate.
APPELLATION OF ORIGIN: IGP Valdejalón.
WINEMAKING: Made with the Garnacha blanca and Macabeo varieties.

CURIOSITIES: The aim of Bodegas Frontonio is to dignify the Valdejalón area and its vineyards, mainly planted with old Garnacha grapes and with a continental Mediterranean climate. In total they directly manage about 50 hectares, with the organic certificate since 2017. Most of the vineyards are located in the surroundings of Épila, with different ages, exposures, altitudes and soil types. The climate is continental Mediterranean, with low rainfall (200-500 l/m2/year), 300 hours of sunshine per year and with many windy days per year, El Cierzo.
