Tasting notes:
- Color: bright, clean and transparent yellow.
- Nose: It is lush with ripe fruit aromas, from citrus to tropical fruits like mango and pineapple, up ripe peach.
- Mouth: A good entrance, a soft creaminess and a pleasant freshness that makes it pleasant and very long on the palate.
Elaboration:
This wine comes from 100% Verdejo grapes from Rodillana, Bobadilla del Campo and El Sotillo, located in the province of Valladolid. A quarter of the grapes come from each of the first two wickets and the remaining half of the latter.
The harvest takes place in September. Once in the winery, the grapes are de-stemmed and squeezes.
The grapes are macerated despalillaron and then at 10 ° C for 12 hours and the must fermented at 18ºC in stainless steel tanks.
