Mastines Garnacha Salvaje 2015

Tasting Note:

Color : Red Cherry with high cape and maroon trim , Abundant and thick tears.

Nose : Predominance of red and black fruit at its optimal point of ripeness in balance with soft notes of vanilla and and cocoa , they also point out some touches minerals and balsamic .

Mouth : Powerful and fleshy , very elegant and silky in its mid palate, loaded with ripe fruit, very good structure with very tamed tannins and a very long finish.

Elaboration:

Manual harvest with selection in the vineyard, only the best clusters go to this wine, the harvest is carried out at night to preserve the fruit from the high temperatures of the area, later 48 hours of cold maceration to then proceed to do the malolactic in new French oak barrels where it will remain for 15 months plus another 15 minimum rest in the bottle before going on the market.
