Tasting Note:

Elaboration and aging:
The must ferments in wood and then continues to rest and round in the same material for a long time. It is bottled without clarification or filtering to respect its essence and is honest from the first moment. Its intense cherry colour precedes a nose loaded with aromas of forest and liquorice, cherries in liquor and spices. Intense mineral notes, blue flowers and blackberries complete an enchanting aroma. In the mouth it is intense and tasty but its sweet tannins and very well measured acidity make the whole a wine that flows in harmony and gives our senses with freshness and elegance; discreet toasted memories of the wood emerge in the distance.
Aged for 18 months in 4000 L (66%) vats and in 300 L barrels of 2, 3 and 4 French oak.
