Tasting Notes:

It is greenish-yellow in color and appears slightly with golden highlights.
In the nose, the primary aromas emanating from the Sauvignon Blanc stand out, elegant and serious with very agreeable acid
In the mouth great personality its herbaceous flavor to grapefruit and mango. Accentuating slightly a spicy taste that stands out on the palate. Very surprising.

Elaboration

Harvesting takes place at the right time for ripening the grapes, a key factor for processing. The fermentations are carried out in stainless steel containers with controlled temperature, criomaceradores in certain occasions and vacuum filters. At about three months the broth takes on a slightly yellow color with a greenish hue and golden reflections, with a fruity and fresh aroma. This is the key moment of wine bottling.
