Elaboration and Aging:
It is made with grapes 95% Tempranillo Y 5% Garnacha . Tempranillo grapes from vineyards over 30 years of age are converted into must, after a controlled fermentation, impregnated with the warmth of the oak. The small amount of Garnacha Brings strength to Tempranillo. Aged for 12 months in French (70%) and American (30%) oak barrels 3 years of age and then during 9 months in bottle .
