ELABORATION
Varieties: Tempranillo, Grenache, Graciano, Viura.
Two harvests are carried out two weeks apart.
Must moved by gravity and vinified separately with spontaneous fermentations, gentle extractions and controlled temperatures in French oak vats.
The grapes from the first harvest are aged for 18 months in concrete amphorae, those from the second harvest are aged for 18 months in French oak barrels.
After the assemblage, the ageing ends after another 9 months in concrete amphorae and French oak barrels.
