ELABORATION
Varieties: Tempranillo, Graciano, Grenache.
Elaboration by gravity, vinification by plots.
Spontaneous fermentation and gentle extraction in French oak vats and concrete tanks.
Aged for 16 months in French oak barrels.
After assembling, the ageing is completed in concrete tanks for 3 months.

It is a winery committed to the landscape, heritage and the people around it. The aim is to bring back to life the centuries-old vineyard, located in Leza, and its varietal richness.
