Grapes processing 90% Tempranillo and 10% Viura From vineyards situated in The guard Between 450 and 700 m of altitude, settled on clay-limestone soils. Viticulture with maximum eespeto of the environment, absence of chemical fertilizers, pesticides and herbicides. Ecological viticulture. The vinification is performed in open containers, traditional elaboration with grapes and whole clusters.

This year they wanted to reflect in the label the idiosyncrasy of the region with the dantzaris of Álava. Illustrated on this occasion by his friend and great painter Javier Montesol . Like its young wine with its expression of youth, the dantzaris delight us with their more relaxed shakes generating freedom and emotion.
