TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Straw yellow colour with golden reflections.
- Nose: Medium intensity, aromas of stone fruit, fresh apple and pastries.
- Palate: Light with fine bubbles. Fresh and persistent finish.
ELABORATION
100% Moorish variety.
Manual harvest at night in 20 kg boxes.
Unique fermentation that ends inside the sparkling bottle.
After 4 months of ageing in the bottle, it is disgorged and filled with expedition liqueur.
