TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Straw yellow color.
- Nose: Aromas of red fruits, apple, toasted bread and nuts.
- Palate: Tasty and fresh. Fine bubbles and great balance. Citrus finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: 100% Pinot Noir.
First fermentation at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks.
Second fermentation in the bottle with rectified concentrated must and selected yeasts.
Aged for a minimum of 36 months on its lees.

With a history that dates back to 1796, the name Juvé & Camps owes its fame to a cava that, for three decades, has accompanied the celebrations of many Spaniards: Reserva de la Familia. However, this house has many other wines, sparkling and still, made exclusively from the grapes of the vineyards of the property.
