Palate : Doomed at the entrance to the mouth, with pleasant oiliness , from half structure , with touch warm , from balance bitterness and final balsamic herbs.
APPELLATION OF ORIGIN : Brandy de Jerez.
ELABORATION : Made with grapes palomino fine.
AGING : They age in boots oak American previously paired for more than 12 years with Tio Pepe (Sherry Cask).
