TASTING NOTES
- Appearance: Deep and intense red colour.
- Nose: Aromas of raspberry and blueberries with notes of bergamot and violet.
- Palate: Fresh and fruity with hints of chocolate and raspberry. Soft tannins and remarkable acidity culminate in a long and seductive finish.
ELABORATION
Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and others.
Vendimia manual.
Fermentation for 3-5 days.
Aged in Vila Nova de Gaia barrels.
