The Preserves of Fish and Shellfish Ramon Pena always use first quality products (from the Galician Rias) and are selected, cooked and packaged manually and traditionally following recipes that pass from generation to generation. They have managed to make the preserve an elegant and Gourmet product.
Note: due to a legislative change it is now necessary to indicate "calamares" on the packaging as "chipirones" as a species does not exist. The product is still the same as the usual "chipirones".
